Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the replacement of the existing floor in the zero depth play area at WaterMarc Aquatic Centre with a like suitable soft fall material.
As part of the Banyule City Council’s Capital Works Program for the year 2022-23, Council is planning to remove and replace the existing zero depth play area in the current indoor Watermarc aquatic centre at 1 Flintoff Street, Greensborough, Vic, 3088.
The scope of works is generally including but is not limited to construction activities involving:
- Undertake removal of existing zero depth flooring, and the stainless steel lighting track
- Levelling of high and low areas of sub flooring to eliminate water ponding
- Preparation of sub floor surface to accommodate new zero depth flooring
- Ensuring the works are undertaken safely and in accordance with all Council statutory safety requirements
