Supply of Electricity to Street Lighting for Dungog Shire Council

⁠⁠⁠Regional Procurement in association with EnergyAction will undertake a Reverse Auction for the Supply of Electricity for Street Lighting on behalf of Dungog Shire Council.
1/ Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to register their intention to respond via the EnergyAction platform by the deadline 10.00 am Wednesday 15 February 2023.
2/ Auction specifications may be obtained from www.energyexchange.com.au
Responsibility for registration of intention to bid lies solely with the Bidder. Bid lodgement information is provided in the 'Invitation to Bidders' document attached to this notice.
Regional Procurement is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid submitted.
A series of reverse pricing auctions will be held by EnergyAction from 11.00 am following the close of the auction registration period.
