Shared Footpath - Golfcourse Road, Barooga - Vermont to Burkinshaw

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for CONSTRUCTION OF 2.5M WIDE 700M LONG SHARED FOOTPATH FROM VERMONT ST. TO BURKINSHAW ST. ALONG GOLFCOURSE ROAD IN BAROOGA as detailed in this specification.

The successful Tenderer will supply all materials and obtain all permits to carry out the works.

A Quality Plan is required to be submitted and approved prior to commencement.

Council will consider alternative proposals for the piling solutions. To submit an alternative proposal, please provide a separate document to demonstrate the technical capability of the proposed solution and any affect to the cost or time to the project.

Tenders are to be submitted on the Schedules in the document.

Scope:
The Successful Tenderer Shall:
1 Provide all preconstruction safety, quality and environmental management documentation
2 Undertake relevant investigations such as Dial Before You Dig, service locations and third-party
permits to work
3 Supply all labour, equipment and material to construct footpath, kerb and drainage infrastructure as
per drawings.
4 Supply all material as per drawings.
5 Remove and dispose of any demolished and surplus material.
