Tender Description
This Contract is to engage qualified plumbers to undertake disconnection works for approximately 183 properties currently listed for demolition within Stage 1A and Stage 1B works of sewer services by:
- Installing a drain block bag and sealing off the disused sewer pipe in accordance with the SA Water specification; and
- Capping water and gas services after the meter for each property (as a safety precaution measure to prevent unauthorised people removing the pipes inside the house causing flooding and damaging the property).
