Tender Description
Premises ranging from 1350 t0 1450 square metres NLA of high quality, carpeted, air conditioned customer service delivery accommodation with preference for ground floor accommodation (with a minimum ground floor content of 1000 square metres).
- Site location parameter are
- must be within the suburbs of Modbury, SA;
- commercial and retail precincts with good access to public transport and car paring;
- Lease term of either:
-seven (7) years, with two options of three (3) years each; or
- ten (10) years, with two (2) options of three (3) years each;
- Existing ad new purpose built premises will be considered;
- Minimum of four (4) car parking bays including:
- four (4) secured ad covered car bays are required
- Minimum Grade 'A' office building design based on 'A Guide to Office Building Quality' (Property Council of Australia 2019)
Note: The proposed area may be altered by plus or minus 10% at the agency's discretion.
