Civil Contractors Panel | Request for Tender

⁠⁠⁠Newcastle Airport is seeking tenders from suitably experienced civil contractors to supply a broad range of civil construction services to support the delivery of the Airport's capital works projects.

This request for tender (RFT) will establish a panel of contractors under a standing order deed for an initial period of three (3) years.

Newcastle Airport is seeking tenders for two (2) panel categories.

o Category 1 Major Civil Construction Services; and
o Category 2 Minor Civil Construction Services

The RFT duration will be three (3) weeks, with the objective of establishing the panel by the end of March 2023.

A mandatory industry briefing, and site visit will be held at Newcastle Airport on 17/02/2023 - a maximum of two (2) representative from each tenderer may attend.

Tenders are required to register their attendance in accordance with the RFT documents.
