Tender Description
The work of the contract is detailed below and includes the following:
1) Demolition and disposal off-site of existing walls and other building materials as shown on the drawing
2) Supply and Install new kitchen including but not limited to carpentry, joiner, plumbing electrical and other works as per the drawing
3) General reinstatement
4) Correction of defects identified in the 12-months defect liability period.
