Tender Description
Supply and installation of one sound-proof room consisting of four walls, one ceiling, one door with window, air inlet and air outlets with muffler boxes. Provisions for three equipment & instrumentation cabling ports (access holes), and other separate wall penetrations as required (e.g. for 240VAC power, lights etc.).
•Nominal external size, when installed within host room: 4550 x 3250 mm.
•Nominal height (excluding any muffler boxes): 2550 mm.
•Attenuation / transmission loss performance of 40 dB (50 dB or higher desired) at 1 kHz when door is closed.
•Airflow in/out a minimum of 10 m3 per minute (fan boosted) when door closed.
Costing should be separated out into two separate billable components:
1)Manufacture and delivery of materials to NMI Lindfield (Sydney)
2)Assembly and installation at NMI Lindfield.

Conditions for Participation:
1.The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in its tender must not be insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
2.The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency as at the Closing Time.
3.The tenderer confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and relevant work health and safety laws.
