Bundled Maintenance works for 3 Townsville State Schools

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education is seeking tenders for Painting Works to be undertaken to QBuild painting specification, pre-paint repair including but not limited to replacement of rotten/damaged timbers, removal of obsolete services, replacement of damaged step treads & handrails.s for the following three schools located in Townsville.

Tender Reference QED 50 2023

• Part A - Aitkenvale State School (34-702228)
• Part B - Hermit Park State School
• Part C - Railway Estate State School

Offerors are requried to complete a separate tender response form for each school. Each response must Tender Reference QED 50 2023.

While fhe preference is to award all three projects under QED 50 2023 to the one Offeror, the Deparatment reserves the right to award the projects to one or more Offerors.
