Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠i. Internal refurbishment works :
Block K – Foyer, Corridor, Stairwells, Mezzanine: Floor covering replacements

• The existing floor coverings are to be lifted and disposed of
• The floors are to be prepared for new carpet and vinyl installation; localized repairs are to be
• carried out where required
• Supply and installation of new carpet tiles/vinyl as per manufacturer instructions
• All works are to be carried out in line with AS/NZS 2455.1, AS/NZS 2455.2

Block K: Change rooms and bathrooms internal refurbishment

• Floor coverings replacements
• Wall linings replacement
• Fitting’s replacement – toilet pans, cisterns, sinks, taps, urinals
• Partition replacements
• Localised refurbishment of ceilings as required
• External and internal door joinery replacements
