Tender Description
Macquarie Home Stay provides accommodation for patients and families who travel to Dubbo from Regional NSW to access medical services in Dubbo. Macquarie Home Stay is a not for profit registered charity.
The scope of work for which expressions of interest are being called for includes the construction of one accommodation building comprising 26 motel style rooms of varying configuration, common facilities, and external facilities.
