⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest Commercial lease of the Bar and Function room at Newstead Tennis and Squash Centre Inc. (NTSC)

The NTSC is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) to lease the bar and function room due to retirement of the existing lessee after more than 20 years.

The NTSC was founded in 1899 and is a members owned facility, covering tennis, squash and social memberships. The Bar is a central part of the broader social culture of the Club, with opening hours generally from 4.00pm Monday-Saturday. The function room and kitchenette are hired by a number of local community groups for meetings and for private member events.
