Tender Description
Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced independent persons to become members of its Audit committee for a term of up to four years. A mix of accounting, financial management, legal, risk management and compliance experience is sought and all applicants should have strong business, management and communication skills. The Committee will meet at least four times per annum. The independent members of the Committee will receive a sitting fee per meeting.
