Grazing License for Chinderah Operational Land

⁠⁠⁠Tweed Shire Council is seeking Offers from Bidders wishing to secure a Grazing Licence for two parcels of operational land. The licence is for cattle only and excludes horses except for cattle management.

The two land parcels consist of 11.2 hectares comprising of Separable Portion A and Separable Portion B as follows;

• Separable Portion A – Area of 7.9 Hectares on Lot 2DP1111554, Parish of Cudgen, County of Rous; and

• Separable Portion B – Area of 3.3 Hectares on Lot 20 DP1082482, Parish of Cudgen, County of Rous.

The geographic locations of both Separable Portions can be viewed in more detail in Annexure A titled “Plan 1.0: Licensed Area Plan - Separable Portions Available for Grazing Licence”. Separable Portions A and B will be available at different times to utilise. Separable Portion A will be available for utilisation on the 1November 2017. Separable Portion B will be available for utilisation from the 18 September 2017. All Offers submitted for this Grazing Licence are to be in accordance with the Conditions of this Request for Offer document and Bidders must acknowledge commitment to comply with the full Terms and Conditions of the Contract in order to have their Offers considered.
