Tenders are invited from suitably qualified firms for the preparation and delivery of a comprehensive Coogee Beach Precinct Plan of Management (CBP POM). Further to this a detailed Masterplan will be developed that guides the future improvements of the Coogee Beach. The Plan of Management and Masterplan will result in clear and achievable management strategies that reflect the community’s expectations and protect this significant area.
