Parking Sensor and Meter Replacement Program

⁠⁠⁠The scope of the works includes, but is not limited to the following, in their related separable portions:

- Removal and installation of a fleet of parking occupancy sensors, ready for enforcement
- Removal and disposal / recycling of the existing 42 parking meters in Mosman
- Provision of an estimated 31 new parking meters (with an option of additional meters)
- Delivery of detailed design, construction program and as-executed drawings and project management responsibilities
- Integration of the new components with Council's various digital enforcement and parking payment systems

Operation and maintenance, which includes but is not limited to:
- Rectifying any hardware issues
- Updating of software as required
- Rectification of any software issues when they arise
- Providing data to Council on the operation and performance including all transaction and stay data, and data related to operational and hardware faults.
- Updating configuration at the request of Council.
- Exceed all testing and service level requirements as a condition of payment across the contract
