Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The works include new accessible amenities, upgrade of the building forecourt, new side stair access, conversion of one bowling green to public recreation space, installation of new mechanical air conditioning system, kitchen facilities and general remediation work and refurbishment of existing retaining walls.

The works will also include environmental sustainability improvements such as installation of solar panels, rainwater tank and irrigation system to the surrounding landscape area.

The works will involve some internal demolition and removal of hazardous materials.
