All Centres - Provision of Self-Discovery and Career Guidance through Coaching and Mentoring Services for a Period of 12 Months

⁠⁠⁠The Northern Territory Public Service is seeking to engage a quality executive coaching provider that manages a panel of expert coaches, for its’ executive officers to connect and interact with for guidance, advice and support in executive leadership capability development.

The supplier will package service offerings for executive officers to select from and will oversee compatibility matching of coach/coachee and/or mentor/mentee processes. The self-discovery options will enhance the quality of executive insights to improve performance and organisational effectiveness in the NTPS.
