Expressions of Interest Industrial Land Gascoyne Junction

⁠⁠⁠As part of the Community Strategic Plan the Shire of Upper Gascoyne has identified as a project the establishment of an industrial zone in Gascoyne Junction. As part of the initial planning phase, expressions of interest are being sought from potential interested parties in purchasing industrial zoned land in Gascoyne Junction for commercial purposes.

Expressions of Interest are to be in a written statement to the Chief Executive Officer of the Shire of Upper Gascoyne with the following details:

• A description of the proposed activity to occur on the land
• Details of the proposed development of the land
• Optimal size of the property
• Any other information considered relevant by the proponent
