Tender Description
Council invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Inkerman Street Jetty and Seawall Refurbishment. The scope of the work includes but is not limited to, in their related separable portions:
General
- Demolition, disposal and site preparation work including relocation and return of existing dinghies
- Geotechnical, engineering engagement and certification as required
- As-built drawings and site handover
- Other miscellaneous works as required to complete the Scope of Works
- Make good any damages to the existing structure
Seawall and Footpath Works
- Seawall remediation works
- Concrete footpath renewals
- Supply and install Fibre Reinforced Plastic Mesh
- Reconstruction of sandstone steps
Dinghy and Kayak Rack Works
- Foundation works for dinghy and kayak racks
- Supply and install dinghy and kayak racks and installation of eyelets
Jetty refurbishment Works
- Timber decking replacement works of the jetty including timber steps
- Re-paint handrails
- Replacement of one (1) timber fender pile
Separable Portion 1 - Concrete Steps Works
- Replace with new concrete steps to the Jetty between the side access of 35 Carrington Avenue and the Jetty
