Expressions of Interest to lease freehold land adjacent to Pioneer Bridge Wee Jasper Road Tumut

⁠⁠⁠ Council is pleased to invite Expressions of Interest for the lease of freehold land adjacent to Pioneer Bridge Wee Jasper Road Tumut. The land parcels are identified as being on both sides of Wee Jasper Road.

A successful Expression of Interest for these lots will encompass the following:

Lease of the land for purpose grazing;

Fencing will be the responsibility of successful applicant;

No building rights on the property;

No water available onsite;

Council reserves the right to access infrastructure

Expressions of Interest for the vacant freehold land close on 20 February 2023 via email info@svc.nsw.gov.au – (Subject Title – EOI Lease), or by post to Snowy Valleys Council, 76 Capper Street, Tumut, NSW 2720, by 5pm on Monday 20th February 2023
