Tender Description
This Contract is for the provision of a range of Building Services to City's buildings, facilities and housing including repairs, programmed maintenance, renewals and refurbishments.
The agreement under this Request will be for a Term of two (2) years, with an option for two (2) x one (1) year extensions exercisable at the absolute and sole discretion of the Principal.
A Mandatory Briefing will be held on Tuesday 24 January 2023 at 14:00 (AWST)
The building works covered by this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the inspection, repair, maintenance and construction works including:
- General carpentry and locksmith works and repairs
- Framing, cladding, partitioning, tiling and plasterboard
- Glazing - including boarding up, cyclone and security screens
- Flooring - including tiling, vinyl, timber and carpet
- Painting - including patching and preparation
- Alterations, renewals and refurbishments of kitchens, kiosks and wet areas
- General handyman and related facilities maintenance
- Minor concreting and paving works
- Gate, fencing and security
- Roof renewals and repairs
- Asbestos removal
- Asset inspection and condition reports
- Make safe/ demolition works
- General assistance with budget forecasting as directed by the City
