North Adelaide Golf Links Kitchen Refurbishment

The City of Adelaide seek a suitable Contractor or head Contractor to coordinate the refurbishment of the North Adelaide Golf Club’s Kitchen. The refurbishment will remove known risks and improve the food offering of the building.

The Council is looking to schedule the works over a low occupation period through autumn/winter 2023, and outside of peak school holiday periods (14 April – Sunday 30 April and 8 July – Sunday 23 July).

The Council would like to engage a suitably experienced contractor that can sequence the works in a logical manner which will see the works completed in the shortest possible timeframe, to a high level of quality.
