Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre (AFAC) within the City of Armadale requires the provision of regular and thorough hard and soft landscape and irrigation maintenance services to maintain and improve the amenity of AFAC and its surrounding landscaped areas.

The scope of works/services includes, but is not limited to:

(a) Mowing and Edging;

(b) Fertiliser and soil ameliorant application – Lawns and garden beds;

(c) Dry Grass Area Maintenance;

(d) Weed and Pest/Disease Control – Lawns, garden beds and trees;

(e) Garden Bed Maintenance – Mulching, pruning and plant replacement;

(f) Litter and Rubbish Removal;

(g) Pathway blowing and clearing and leaf collection;

(h) Irrigation Systems Maintenance; and

(i) Tree Maintenance – Mulching, pruning and replacement.
