Lease of Level 1 of the Goolwa Aquatic Building

⁠⁠⁠Alexandrina Council invites Expressions of Interest from Registrants for the provision to lease Level 1 of the Goolwa Aquatic Building, located on Barrage Road Goolwa, for either a commercial or a community purpose.

Alexandrina Council is the owner of the Goolwa Aquatic Building located at 92 Barrage Road Goolwa. The building has three tenancy spaces, with the ground floor occupied by a café/restaurant and a community group.

• Level 1 (top floor) of the Premises was previously operated as a commercial restaurant/function space until 2020. Level 1 has remained vacant since this time.
• Council is seeking interest to lease (either exclusively or otherwise) Level 1, for either commercial or community purposes, in accordance with the criteria outlined in Section C of this document.
