Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the Q Block Performance Space refurbishment located at Smithfield State High School on O’Brien Road Smithfield.

Electronic tenders are to be submitted by Friday, 10th February 2023 at 2.00pm at by email to LRCNS@LAR.NET.AU.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 3 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
