Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably experienced contractors for the demolition & replacement of a new roof design at the Central Highlands Council Office, 6 Tarleton Street, Hamilton.

 
Tender documents can be obtained by contacting Graham Rogers, Development & Environmental Services (DES) Manager during normal office hours, on (03) 6259 5503 or 0429 018 308 .
 
Tenders are to be lodged in hard copy in the Tender Box at the Central Highlands Council Chambers, 19 Alexander Street, Bothwell by 4.30pm on Monday 30th January 2023 in a sealed envelope clearly marked “TENDER NO CHC 01-23 – HAMILTON OFFICE RE-ROOF”. Tenders shall not be lodged by facsimile or by email.
 
Late tenders will not be accepted in accordance with Council’s Tender & Procurement Policy.
 
All enquiries must be referred to Graham Rogers on (03) 6259 5503 or 0429 018 308 during normal office hours.
 
Council reserves the right that the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be awarded or accepted.
