Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Roadvale State School, located at 111 Roadvale Harrisville Road, Roadvale Qld 4310.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
To be eligible, Contractors must hold:
- Current QBCC licence class: Builder – Low Rise, or greater;
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to $1mTender documentation is available electronically from Capworks Management (Qld) Pty Ltd
