Tender Description
Blue Mountains City Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified consultant with experience in managing a detailed design and documentation process to prepare tender and construction documentation for Gordon Falls Reserve and for an accessible track and lookouts within the precinct.
The required outputs of the documentation will enable Council to implement visitor infrastructure renewals and upgrades including walking tracks, lookouts, parking and amenities to support the development of the Grand Clifftop Walk.
