Tender Description
The Office of the Valuer-General is seeking tender submissions from suitabily qualified valuers for statutory valuation services.
Statutory Valuation is required under the Valuation of Land Act 2001 for the supply of valuations to Tranche 2 areas as follows:
Derwent Valley, Dorset, Flinders, Glamorgan Spring Bay, Glenorchy, King Island, Launceston, Sorell, Tasman, Waratah Wynyard
The anticipated delivery of the service is from mid 2023 to 2025
