Tender Description
Wattle Range Council (the Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified Planning practitioner/consultants or agencies to facilitate the Planning Code Amendment process pursuant to Section 73 of the Planning Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (PDI Act) and all requirements and recommendations in the PlanSA Code Amendment Toolkit.
The successful Tender will have a minimum of one (1) Planning Officer with Planning Level 1 Accreditation in accordance with Plan SA Accredited Professional scheme. Council will enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the successful Tenderer.
