Civil Package 2 – Surface Upgrades for Asphalt carparks and footpaths

⁠⁠⁠The National Capital Authority (NCA) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced & reputable Contractor to undertake surface upgrade works for asphalt carparks & footpath across its estate.

This project is part of a renewal program based on condition assessments of asphalt surfaces across the estate. A package of works has been drafted which is detailed in the Tender Drawings.

The successful Contractor will be required to undertake and manage all works associated with the asphalt repairs including Traffic Management, draft TTMPs are included with the Tender Drawings.
