Tender Description

“Walgett Shire Council invites Tender Submissions for the Design Finalisation and Construction of the Collarenebri Bore Bath Water Reticulation System.

The intent of the project is to provide a water reticulation system from Bore to Effluent Ponds via the proposed Bore Bath in Collarenebri. A preliminary design has been provided by Council to expedite the works, however, Contractors are encouraged to put forth alternative solutions/designs to achieve the project intent whilst meeting all project requirements.

A non-mandatory site meeting will be conducted on site on 17 January 2023 at 11am.

A non-mandatory tender briefing will be conducted 19 January 2023 at 10am via Microsoft Teams. The Teams link is provided within the Tender invitation.

The purpose of these meetings is to advise all potential Tenderers of the background of the project and the tender process to ensure suppliers understand the requirements to submit a conforming tender.
