Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Northern Land Council (NLC) proposes to Construct a new Office Precinct at 29 Julius Street, Berrimah to co-locate its operational activities in the Darwin Region.

The NLC is a Representative Body with Statutory Authority under the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976 (ALRA). It also has responsibilities under the Native Title Act 1993 (NT Act) and the Pastoral Land Act 1992. The NLC is a not-for-profit Corporate Commonwealth entity.

Design documentation is currently at 50% complete.

Basic Description of the scope of works to be delivered under the contract includes Design and Construction of;

A contemporary three storey Office Building;
Underground carparking;
Landscaping and external areas;
One Workshop and associated areas;
Two Warehouses and associated areas;
Outdoor Services Compound;
External Hardstands and Carparking;
Internal Access Roads
