Tender Description
The Shire is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a review of the Shire's current local laws in accordance with section 3.16 of the Local Government Act 1995 (the Act). In addition to the review, a new Waste Local Law is to be drafted in accordance with section 3.12 of the Act.
