Tender Description
The Principal is seeking Quotations for provision of painting services at six (6) sites (being four (4) sites external painting and two (2) sites internal painting), scope of works and specification are detailed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
A full statement of the Requirements under the proposed Contract appears in the Specification in Part 2.
Respondents are required to attend compulsory site briefings that will start at 8:00am on Wednesday, 18 January 2023. Respondents are to meet at Brown Park Recreation Centre, Lot 143 Salisbury Rd, Swan View. Respondents will need to allow up to six hours to visit all six buildings as a group with the Shire Officer conducting the Quotation Briefing/Site Inspections.
Please register your intention to attend the site briefings by calling Maria Beley on 9290-6637 by no later than Monday, 16 January 2023.
Failure to attend this Briefing/Site Inspection will render the Respondent ineligible to submit a Quotation.
The Quotation must be lodged by the Deadline. The Deadline for this request is Friday, 27 January 2023 at 12.00 noon.
