Aus4Skills - Australia Awards Short Course in Building the Ecosystem to Support Carbon Market Establishment

⁠⁠⁠Tetra Tech International Development Pty Ltd (Tetra Tech International Development) as the managing contractor of the Aus4Skills Program on behalf of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Vietnam, is seeking proposals from service providers to deliver an Australia Awards Short Course (AASC) in Building the Ecosystem to Support Carbon Market Establishment (the for 15 participants from Vietnam’s Ministry of Finance (MOF), Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT), Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) and the Vietnam Chambre of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) (“Activity”).

To submit a proposal to design and deliver this Activity the lead business must be a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Australia or an Australian tertiary institution as defined in the Higher Education Support Act, 2003 Table A, B and C.

Proposals must be in English, follow the page limits and address all of the selection criteria specified in the RFT document.

Tenderers should register their intention to submit a proposal by email to procurement@australiaawardsvietnam.org on or before 4 January 2023. Tenderers should submit their Technical and Financial Proposals using the templates provided (Response Form and MS Excel spreadsheet) to the same email address on or before 25 January 2023, 5:00 pm South Australian time.
