Tender Description
Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced Contractors for its Ruth St Park Demolition and Upgrade works. The work is in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFx.
The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the pricing schedules herein.
Pretender site briefing / inspection (non-compulsory)
All respondents are invited to attend a pre-tender site briefing / inspection on Wednesday 19/12/2022 at 9:00 am
