Shoalhaven City Council is seeking to obtain a proposal from businesses who wish to enter into a licence agreement for the occupation of Wondalga Farm.
The core requirement of the response to this proposal is to see that Council is provided with sufficient information to determine whether the proposed occupant is a viable tenant for the property. More information may be requested if any proposed occupant is to be invited to enter further negotiations under the terms and conditions of a lease or licence.
