Tender Description

Registered Commercial Builders are hereby invited to express their interest in tendering for the above project. The project will involve construction and completion of a new training facility on a 5 ha greenfield site at Moranbah, Central Queensland.

The project will be a 2 Stage development with the first stage including: a new air conditioned Training Building (1,070 sqm) and Bath House Building (611 sqm).

Site works including bitumen access road, carparking, site landscaping and associated service infrastructure.

In the first instance, suitably qualified contractors should submit their contact details to the Architect no later than Friday 16 December 2022. A copy of Schematic Drawings for the project will be sent to respondents, with a schedule of assessment criteria for the Expression of Interest process. Expressions of Interest will close on Monday 16 January 2023.

From the expressions received, a limited number of contractors will be invited to tender.
