Tender Description
ARTC Inland Rail is committed to maximising supply opportunities for Local and First Nations businesses and the spread of local economic benefit during the delivery of Inland Rail.
In support of this commitment, we are seeking to engage with vendors of supplier engagement software with the capability to consolidate opportunities to supply to the Inland Rail Program under a single, centralised Inland Rail-branded platform.
The platform shall:
- support single supplier registration into an Inland Rail-branded supplier marketplace accessible by ARTC Inland Rail and our construction partners
- enable ARTC Inland Rail and our construction partners to:
- perform early procurement-related market research activity (i.e., database searches, market soundings and registration/ expression of interest processes)
- provide a mandatory advertising channel for all public Expressions of Interest (EOI),
Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Tender (RFT) processes run by ARTC Inland Rail and our construction partners via their procurement systems, and
-enable the capture and reporting of metrics related to the participation of Local and First Nations businesses.
