Tamborine Mountain Library Fitout - Building Works

 
- Repair all core holes in the floor slab as required and prepare the slab for floor finishes by others.
 
- All demolition work for external doors and windows in the block work and removal of the existing stairs to access the underneath tenancy.
 
- Provide opening in downstairs tenancy for a new fire door, supply and install fire door, and close off existing stair access with a new floor
 
- Supply and install all external doors, windows and glazing
 
- Supply and install all framing for walls including sheeting and insulation
 
- Supply and install all framing and sheeting for the ceiling including insulation and acoustic baffles
 
- Supply and install all internal doors
 
- Supply and install all door hardware
 
- Paint all walls and ceilings
 
- Supply and install all fittings in all wet areas (toilets, basins, grab rails, cleaners sink etc) Our plumber to supply tap fittings only.
