Tender Description
The Australian National University (the University) seeks to establish a Standing Offer arrangement in the form of a Master Services Arrangement to engage a specialist supplier (preferably a Consortium of specialist providers or Prime Contractor) as the University's Learning Space Technology Partner.
The engagement of a Learning Space Technology Partner under a Standing Offer Arrangement will facilitate the University to:
(a) Access key LST goods, services, expertise and resources in a straightforward manner
(b) Provide a single, streamlined contract mechanism for a range of LST goods and services to be delivered within a standardised, consistent, sustainable and mature methodology and architecture
(c) Establish a strategic, collaborative partnership between the University and Industry
(d) Provide for transparent costings for goods and services
(e) Mitigate the need for constant approaches to market
(f) Support an efficient delivery and implementation of current and future LST requirements
