Tender Description

We are seeking a suitably experienced and licenced organisation to:
 
  • Develop the design of the Raby Indoor Cricket Facility from the current 80% status to completion. 
  • Construct the Raby Indoor Cricket Facility as per the completed design documentation.
Mandatory Criterion includes:
 
  • Tenderers must attach evidence of their accreditation with the WH&S Accreditation Scheme by the Federal Safety Commissioner (FSC) (www.fsc.gov.au).
  • Tenderers must confirm their compliance with the most recent National Construction Code.
Council would expect the Early Works (Preliminaries and Mobilisation & Demolition of the existing building) to be undertaken first while waiting for the design to be finalised to expedite the program.
