⁠⁠⁠PlanSA operates within the Planning and Land Use Services division, under the Department for Trade and Investment and is responsible for supporting the digital solutions that underpin South Australia’s Planning system.

This Request for Information is an information gathering process to gain an understanding of the supply market capabilities and type of software solutions that could meet the Crown Land Use Development Assessment Process requirements.

A new IT solution must provide the following capabilities to enable management of end-to-end workflow:

Planning Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 based workflow for Assessment of Land Use Crown Development Applications
Electronic Referrals and Distributions to Agencies, Councils
Online Lodgement of Development Applications by applicants
Audit trails of transactions
Public Notification Management
Online Payments of Development Application fees
Workload Management Reports
Statistical Reports
