The Town of Port Hedland is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Asset Management Consultancy, to provide the Town of Port Hedland a strong and robust Asset Management Strategy. Town wants to review its existing processes relating to the capture, transfer and integration of infrastructure asset data into Council’s system to support efficient and effective managements of Assets. Contractor needs to Setup structures for measuring performance. The consultant must have knowledge of Tech-one and A-spec programs.
