Tender Description
St. Francis De Sales Regional College is located regionally in Leeton, New South Wales. It is a large school in the area, comprised of approximately 750 students and operating under the Catholic Diocese of Wagga Wagga.
The project is jointly funded through a Federal Block Grant and the Catholic Schools Foundation and will deliver a brand-new stadium with performing arts facilities attached, new administration building with staff areas and conference rooms, and the refurbishment / demolition of existing classrooms and school hall.
The successful contractor will be required to establish multiple construction zones within the school grounds and have a proven track record of delivering complex projects in a “live” educational environment as well as working in multiple construction zones with various staging.
