Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for a Performing Arts Centre which includes demolishing the existing and revising the access route to back of school including provision for loading bay; 14 new formal car parking spaces; Triple level PAC building with 2 Drama; Multimedia and x2 Music GLA’s, a large and a small instrument store; a music practice area; dressing / makeup; Staff Room and x3 HOD offices; Kiosk / box office and foyer; Bio box with adjacent spotlight gallery; resource centre, digital equipment store, green room / recording; drama props; Data room, Plant room and Cleaners room / store; amenities and landscaping located at Burnside SHS – 52 Blaxland Rd, Nambour QLD 4560.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 3.
