The Principal proposes to enter into a Measure and Value Contract for the Construction of the Contract Works. The conditions of Contract for the Contract Works are NZS3910:2013
- Conditions of Contract for Building and Civil Engineering Construction ("General Conditions"), together with the Special Conditions of Contract comprising the Specific Conditions of Contract and the amendments to the General Conditions (“Special Conditions of Contract”) and all other schedules comprising the Contract ("Contract").

Unless otherwise specified in these Tender Documents, expressions used in these Tender Documents which do not have their meaning defined in these Tender Documents have the meaning given to them in the General Conditions.
