The City of Sydney invites Requests for Tender for the carrying out of quantity surveying services ('Services') on a standing offer basis for the City's construction projects.

The purpose of this Request for Tender ('RFT') is to appoint Quantity Surveyors ('Consultants') under separate standing offer deeds to provide Services to the City on an as-needed basis for any construction projects nominated by the City (in its absolute discretion) during a 3-year term. The City may wish to exercise an option to extend the term of the contract by an additional 1-year term.

The City is responsible for delivering a range of construction projects including community buildings, open spaces, parks, streetscapes, roads, cycleways, footpaths, property-related projects, and other public domain functions. The City requires the provision of quantity surveyor services on an as-needed basis for the end to end delivery of projects. These projects may include but are not limited to the indicative pipeline of projects referred to in Appendix A this RFT.

The City may accept one or more tenderers to provide Services under the standing offer deed arrangements. Should this occur the maximum number of Consultants would be limited to three. Each Consultant appointed to provide Services to the City will enter into a separate standing offer deed with the City.

Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by this request for tender.
